QUINTO QUARTO | Exhibition @ Enorme 2026

We are delighted to announce that ORTOGONALE will be part of ENORME 2026, the festival dedicated to natural wine, with Quinto Quarto, an installation exploring the theme of critical consumption through the language of porcelain.

The installation features a series of porcelain objects cast from the texture of pork omentum using slip-casting techniques. By transforming an often-overlooked organic material into delicate ceramic forms, Quinto Quarto reflects on food waste, animal ethics, and social inequality, questioning what we choose to value and what we decide to discard.

Moving between design, craft, and critical research, the project invites visitors to consider how everyday objects can become tools for reflection, opening a dialogue on the environmental, cultural, and ethical dimensions of food consumption.
