RETURNS

ORTOGONALE accepts returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 workdays from the date of receipt. The return must be in original packaging. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return costs and expenses. ORTOGONALE has no return vouchers.

Gift Returns
If you have received an item from ORTOGONALE as a gift you do not want, you can return it and exchange for another item of the same value. In case you want a more expensive item you have the option of paying the difference as well as shipment fees. You can also choose to return the gift and receive an online voucher. We cannot return any money as only the credit card used to purchase the item(s) can be credited.
