What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect information that you provide when you create an account or when you use our services in connection with the purchase of items. Such information can include your name, email, address, phone number, which item was purchased and at which price.

ORTOGONALE‘s newsletter is sent by e-mail to those who explicitly request it, filling out the registration form and authorizing Rossella Flammia & Paolo Picone to process their personal data. The provision of data is optional. The refusal to provide data makes it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.
How We Use Information
We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We may use Personal Information and other information internally – for example, to provide you with goods and services, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make our Products more useful for you and for our other customers.

We use third party payment providers to provide payment services (Paypal & Stripe) on the Site, and external shipping services (Packlink.de and DHL). We are not affiliated with, and do not have any responsibility for the privacy practices of such third party payment services. Please review independently the privacy policies of such third party payment providers.
In addition, the Site may link to or using web sites or services belonging to third parties. We have no control over third-party sites or services, and all use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for the privacy policies of any such sites. We are not responsible for content available by means of such sites or services. We do not endorse any products or offered by third parties and we urge our users to exercise caution in using third-party sites or services.
The newsletter is managed on the MailChimp® platform, belonging to the company Rocket Science Group, LLC, which is based in the United States and adheres to the c.d. “Safe Harbor” agreement, which imposes a level of protection of personal data equal to the standards required by the Privacy Authorities of the EU countries. The aforementioned company will process the data of the interested parties as independent holder, in compliance with the aforementioned standards (see disclosure). For any doubt or clarification, the interested party can contact directly Rocket Science Group, LLC, Mailchimp Privacy Department, 512 Means St., Suite 404, Atlanta, Georgia 30318. Failure to consent to communication and transfer of data as detailed above will make it impossible to get the newsletter service.
