What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect information that you provide when you create an account or when you use our services in connection with the purchase of items.  Such information can include your name, email, address, phone number, which item was purchased and at which price.

ORTOGONALE‘s newsletter is sent by e-mail to those who explicitly request it, filling out the registration form and authorizing Rossella Flammia to process their personal data. The provision of data is optional. The refusal to provide data makes it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.

How We Use Information

The personal data provided by users subscribed to the newsletter are used only to send the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Newsletter

The newsletter is managed on the MailChimp® platform, belonging to the company Rocket Science Group, LLC, which is based in the United States and adheres to the c.d. “Safe Harbor” agreement, which imposes a level of protection of personal data equal to the standards required by the Privacy Authorities of the EU countries. The aforementioned company will process the data of the interested parties as independent holder, in compliance with the aforementioned standards (see disclosure). For any doubt or clarification, the interested party can contact directly Rocket Science Group, LLC, Mailchimp Privacy Department, 512 Means St., Suite 404, Atlanta, Georgia 30318. Failure to consent to communication and transfer of data as detailed above will make it impossible to get the newsletter service.
