Description

Brutalist design and contemporary craft togheter in this concrete ring inspired by the architecture of modernism. A handmade piece of concrete art, part of the contemporary jewelry collection by ORTOGONALE. A simple and elegant ring, which due to its neutral color and material, is well suited for different styles and combinations: brutalism, modernism, minimalism in a line of jewelry inspired by the world of 20th century architecture, and a tribute to the masters of modernism in architecture: ornament is crime.
Each single piece is scrupulously made by hand: casting technique, with a lightweight cement; a special and original concrete mixture with italian marble dust by ORTOGONALE since 2013. Waterproofed with natural materials, without chemical impregnating agents.

In contact with skin, moisture and air, concrete becomes darker, shinier and harder over time!
To avoid stain each piece is made waterproof with the use of natural waxes.
No reported allergies due to the concrete.
